Can I Track The Status Of My Order?
If you choose express shipping you will be able to track your order through the logistics service provider.
Will I Be Charged Customs & Import Charges?
Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within the UK.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Your order will arrive within the shipping timeframe displayed in your orders selected shipping rate. If this has passed, please contact us on support@maulermma.com with your order number and we can look into this for you.
How Do I Make Changes To An Order I've Already Placed?
If the processing time of 1-2 days has passed and you have received a notification that your order has shipped and is out for delivery you will have to wait for the items to arrive before returning them to us to make a change. Contact us on support@maulermma.com with the details of your order and your request.
